Terms of Service

These terms cover how you use the Best IPTV SA website and the service we provide. By subscribing or using the site you agree to them. We've kept the language plain so there are no surprises.

The service

Best IPTV SA provides access to an IPTV service. We supply a login that lets you stream live channels, sport, movies and series on your own devices over your own internet connection. We provide access only; the content is delivered through third-party apps you install yourself, and we'll point you to the right setup guides.

Subscriptions and pricing

Subscription lengths and what each one costs are shown on our plans page, in South African Rand. Prices can change over time, so the plans page is always the place to check the current figure rather than anything quoted elsewhere. There's no long binding contract and nothing renews automatically without you choosing to renew.

Free trial and activation

A free trial may be offered so you can test the service before paying. When you're ready, you pick a plan, pay, and we activate your account on Telegram. Most activations happen within minutes. Your login is for your own use; please don't resell or publicly share it.

Your responsibilities

The service is for personal use. You're responsible for having a working internet connection and a compatible device, and for complying with the laws of your own country regarding what you stream. If you're unsure about the legal side, read our honest guide to IPTV legality in South Africa before you subscribe.

Support

Support is available on Telegram and we aim to help quickly. If you hit a problem with setup, a login, or a payment, message us through the contact link on our home page and we'll work through it with you.

Liability

We do our best to keep things running smoothly, but we can't promise that every channel or stream will be available without interruption every second of the day. Streams depend on your internet, your device, and upstream sources outside our control. To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for outages, lost content, or indirect losses. If something goes wrong on our side, talk to us and we'll try to make it right.
